Luanda police advise citizens not to react during an attack

The spokesman of  Luanda’s Provincial  National Police, Chief Superintendent Jorge Bengue advised citizens to avoid reacting when they are victims of assaults. Jorge Bengue reported that some citizens are targeted with firearms in the wake of attacks on vehicles and inside homes because they react against the attacker.  “It is not advisable to react during assaults, because the perpetrators are armed with firearms and under the influence of drugs” he said. There are two firearms related murders in Luanda every day.
